A little about me.
Hi! I'm Katiana, your health coach.
I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Out of all the coaching methods I have learned over the years I’ve found that the Holistic Approach works best and has become my go-to method of implementation.
Unlike the others, this approach looks at the whole picture and not just the isolated snippets of diet or exercise. This method assimilates both the physical and psychological aspects of health and how they interact with your surrounding environment/circumstances. With this approach, I can fine-tune your dietary plan and work out routine to not only deliver results but also be easily adapted and integrated into your day-to-day.
