Faith

Relying on my faith to help strengthen me and keep me focused on my journey to wellness has made a tremendous difference! 

Staying connected to that positive source allows me to be strong and to persevere knowing that with Him all is possible.

Perhaps, even more importantly, it is the source of unending forgiveness for myself when I fall short; the source of courage that reminds me it is a process and that I must not give up; the source of unconditional love that prompts me to be kind to myself and patient with my body during this time of transformation.
